You can’t deny the verbiage from the PR 2 weeks ago.
“CD12 COVID-19 trial data has been unblinded and the results will be reported when the Company has concluded its ongoing discussions with regulators.”

CYDY told us data would be released after discussions concluded. It’s possible that discussions for an immediate EUA concluded (thus the PR today) but discussions will continue on how to get to the point an EUA is warranted.
