So, after reading this a couple of times. The 24% reduction is in the critical population only, which is actually surprising. Its still very promising, but less then we hoped for.

In addition this group was only 62 patients, so the size of this segment is not large enough in my opinion, and is why they have filed with the FDA to continue enrolling.

I think an EUA is still possible, but it looks to me like we are expecting that we will need to provide data for more critical patients. Hope Im wrong.
