You’re confused. Dr. BP has always backed leronlimab (and still does) but he’s unable to get a supply of the drug because CYDY is in violation of the contract agreement between the 2 companies from 2019.
Also, ivermectin is being used in normal, established doses by Dr. BP and Dr. Yo for LH, not for active COVID. Normal doses of ivermectin are generally well tolerated.
