If you can't get the share structure the TA is gagged. Like it or not, take it up with Mark. If he has nothing to hide, hire a TA that reveals the share structure or post it bi-weekly instead of that sad excuse for communications in his "mailbag"-- pathetic.

Do we need to rattle off a litany of all the promises he's made and not delivered? Take a look at past filings, this may be the laziest ceo whose done all talk, but little else. Can't even deliver a follow-up on his promises, but he sure follows the iHub gossip like a hawk. Laughable.

Not going to attract investors to sell your stuck shares with this ceo's performance. That's all I'm saying,..If you love the stock, love the guy, and it's your favoritest stock ever well then good for you!. Unfortunately, without any results guys like me won't buy a single share...lot's of eyes following this stock, but your ceo is a numskull whose done nothing but dilute over 4B and almost as many promises-- sure likes playing with his ducks tho
