Agreed. I believe they want the buyout .building a large Pharma from an 18 person company is a huge job . the Cytodyn execs get a big round of options if they get their first EUA. This is according to NP on a Cc late last year. So if the EUA comes in, they get the shares which immediately 100 percent vest on an acquisition.
