Agreed...the wait isn't an issue...its the process as why this even was allowed to happen in the 1st place? Nevada should have never allowed any changes to registration status without authorization from SSM. Its not like there is 2 different court systems in 2 different States involved here. The custodianship granted and registration is in the same place....wtf?
And all of this allows the criminals to contact the SEC cause a distraction under false pretenses to potentially suspend the company...all because the State didnt have quality control and security measures in place?
I can not believe that the State of Nevada does not have history in dealing with these matters before...unacceptable!
