Holy Cow! In rereading the PR in the previous post I noticed these words-

...exactly what DC Cornhusker's article talks about but 2 1/2 years earlier by QMC!!!

And Ted, I understand that DC's article talks about using "conductive layer of tin dioxide bonded to the perovskite material" while QMC's PR talks about using Perovskite QD for the same purpose on Silicon solar, but what I'm talking about is that QMC understood the concept years ago and no doubt has a commercial ready idea of what will do the same job of improving stability and electron transport as the researchers in the article.
