It's possible/likely CYDY has a future secondary offering to finance trials for other indications, but assuming an approval, primarily those shares will come from current investors taking profits. I have a fairly large holding, and I have a pretty high long-term stock price target, but you buy stock to make money to support a lifestyle or life goal - I won't be holding 100% of my shares for my long-term target.
I'm older so I will hold much of my investment for my kid's inheritance, but at some interim time and price, I'll sell some shares to buy stuff, whether a vacation or a car or an island or whatever.
