According to Nasdaq, the halt would happen after hours and trading on the Nasdaq would happen at the open so no halt during the day.

This is from this morning when I was talking with someone from Nasdaq regarding direct listing, halts and quiet period. I sent a ton of questions this morning and wasn't really expecting a response but they actually called me to discuss.

Also, no quiet period per Nasdaq. Maybe it's an SEC requirement or something. I haven't looked into that much. I just keep adding when I can.
