TC, agree on most but it’s not “some here say that it is the NASDAQ holding things up.” It was a quote from Joe during the CC. Although, he didn’t say they were holding things up, or say anything as in inferring blame. I obviously don’t have experience on the matter, but I’d imagine it’s multiple moving parts from the SEC, Nasdaq and the bankers.
