Re: Evil Rabbit #80643
Yes, suspect and hope there will be a time to take a hard look at the FDA- heck, the entire system. In addition to the major disruption to our lives, many of us know and love people that would have experienced much different outcomes had leron been given EAU/approved earlier. (Plus-- I haven't seen my 89 year old mother in a year!)
Once in the limelight there will also be plenty of folks asking why more people weren't in the trials, why there isn't a larger inventory, why Leronlimab was given an EAU on a Tuesday (or whatever day it is), why it is so expensive, why it is so inexpensive, why other countries are getting it, why other countries are not getting enough, why it was prioritized before a treatment for cavities or STD (trying to give #nighttimeRespert some potential fodder), etc.
I so get it . . just hope that the FDA -and also BP (not my beloved Doc but the other BP) and this monied, politicized health system- are held accountable and we are reasonable enough to ask the right questions so we get the right answers to solve the actual problems. The bad guys are not always what or where we think they are.
(Not directed at you - but in general and in response to some recent posts) don't think things are going to change for the better if we - as a society- are continually beating up the poor government worker bees working 60 hours a week who are doing the actual work while the 'appointees' report their bad decisions to the media.
Thanks, CGC (Retired government worker-bee)

Even if we do get an EUA, once the world learns about Leronlimab I think a lot of people are going to take a hard look at the FDA and ask why the **** it took this long to start jabbing people with it.
