I will not be getting any of the vaccines for quite at least a year (my free will). My family line is filled with cancer and autoimmune diseases including myself. Why on earth do I want to test my limits with a vaccine right now in the unknown. I have been very lucky with having COVID twice in the last year given my own health issues and one of which I have a lung and a half btw. These some of my concerns filling out a consent form like this.
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.
In an ongoing clinical trial, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine has been shown to prevent COVID-19 following 2 doses given 3 weeks apart. The duration of protection against COVID-19 is currently unknown.
Tell the vaccinator if you immunocompromised or are on a medicine that affects your immune system (note that type 1 diabetes mellitus & Rheumatoid arthritisis are at the top of the list)
CAN I RECEIVE THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE WITH OTHER
VACCINES?
There is no information on the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine with other vaccines.
Generally, a claim must be submitted to the CICP within one (1) year from the
date of receiving the vaccine.
