The terms of the settlement outline the exact timeframe that CYDY has to follow for releasing an 8K, posting items on their website, and for the release of other items related to the settlement. CYDY is required, per the settlement they agreed to, to release an 8K with the details of the settlement within 20 days of the settlement being filed. Therefore, the settlement was filed in the past 20 days or so. The release of the 8K at this time has nothing to do with those who filed the lawsuit but instead with the time it took for the SLC to investigate the claims, come to a conclusion, and negotiate a settlement between CYDY and the plaintiffs.
