Last minute attempts?
This lawsuit was filed last April. CYDY’s own BOD members on the SLC determined at the end of 2020 that CYDY was in the wrong in regards to stock awards in December 2019 AND recommended a settlement. If you read the settlement, the terms require CYDY to publish details of the settlement on their website and via an 8K (possibly more, but I don’t recall). This is not a “last minute attempt” but instead the product of bad decision making in 2019.
