Sometimes we feel like Charlie Brown running towards Lucy thinking this is the time I’m going to kick that ball! Unfortunately, we waited a year longer than planned due to the SEC audit. That’s behind us and Lucy is looking nicer so I’m running her way as I say I expect the spin out within 3 months.
