Welp, I finally have to agree with something Janice said. “time to get out the popcorn” this is going to be a show.
So after entire year Calissio does what it should have done months ago, get reinstated.
Big question why now?
A) CRGP are hijacking the hijacker? It is nonsensical timing, the more astute method would have been to appear in court and stop the custodianship. It never added up that CRGP would place so much energy going from grey to pink just to toss it.
SSM and Calissio are not battling against but, within. Perhaps my first guess of Calissio using a custodianship to distance itself from previous issues was the case. Now they have decided to reinstate unbeknownst to SSM - poor communication or poor partnership?
C) Perhaps the SEC threatened and CRGP acted.
Personally I see all of this as a good thing, it shows momentum perhaps this will be a 10 cent stock again.
