Nice app. I downloaded it recently and I entered my vaccination information on the app this evening. It has reminders for the second dosage and you are able to notate any side effects. I plan to add my entire medical history onto the app tomorrow. Great to have on hand at Dr visits. Here is a screenshot of how the Covid Vaccine page in the app looks like.
