Almost had a "heart attack" this morning only to find out the filing was only about the settlement of the derivative lawsuit, which I already knew. It was already posted on their website as a stockholders' notice, just now we got the date of the settlement confirmation hearing. Yawn, but nice to have "reverse" dilution for a change because the awards are being given back.
