If the apolitical means "anal political" you are correct and it applies to it's brother the CDC. The insidious connections in sharing of controlling management between "Big Pharma" and these two government agencies borders on criminal. Simply put, these agencies share controlling mgmt with "Big Pharma"....they are fused at the hip. I have first hand experience having had positions in biotec over ten years ago. Small company with great potential (like QMC) couldn't get past FDA trial approval. (Although Bill Gate's medicall staff saw great potential in phase 3 results....that the geniuses at FDA poo poo'd it and it eventually/temporarily tanked) Long story short...with the help of private funding (Gates Foundation and whole hearted support of their medical experts it is a $300 stock today...from a couple of bucks!!!). You don't trust the government ....you tolerate it!
