There should not be anything holding up NGIO listing now from what I can see. The listing was put in back in September of last year, the valuation was done and I'd say based on the news from the test results, they probably got some added value with the deals now they can add as well and Joe did say the valuation was the last piece of the puzzle.

So, no excuses for NGIO to not be listed on NASDAQ soon.
