It would be nice to have the 'restriction' removed from all those shares purchased through a Private Placement. I recently mailed my CYDY certificates to Fidelity as they seem to be the only one that would accept them. They explained to me that in order to sell, I have to call them, they have to call CYDY to remove the restriction. They assumed that CYDY would not remove the restriction on their own....but now it seems like they may actually do that. Not sure if that's a bearish or bullish sign but regardless I'm long and holding on!
