I don’t know more about this kind of things, than say Pie, but my guess is if we hire lots of people, compensate them partially in shares, then we might want a paralegal who understands Rule 144, as it concerns selling shares that are locked in an IPO, or in our case, a Secondary PO (SPO).

I see this as bullish.
