Despite previous timeframe disappointments with NP, I really think that the 2-3 week timeframe stated in last Monday's PR is an accurate one; NP was likely given timeframe guidance from one or more of the governing agencies before NP set forth a timeframe in his PR. After all, how could NP estimate how long it would take to wrap up discussions with these agencies without prior input from them? He couldn't.
