I have a real appreciation of Pasaca aggressiveness and how they identify and round up high skill, knowledgeable, & experienced people and place them into their portfolio of businesses to fulfill objectives. Dr. Malan and the new QTMM COO are examples of that.
I see these decisions as real positives in terms of earnings going forward.
