IF QMC goes to $3 w/o RS, it's more like a 30-bagger rather than a unicorn. Since it's a public company, stock price is the yardstick, not necessarily valuation. I'd rather see P/E multiples for valuation at the point revenue is announced (edit).

Edit - if a 1:3 RS at $1, still a 10-Bagger from .10cents, but will gain stock price benefits of listing on better stock exchange for future events.
