Rahm Emmanuel a duel citizen with Israel , past mayor of Chicago , who placed speed cameras all over Chi towns Highways for sheets and grins has helped to boost revenues post mayoralship. Now the cameras will be activated to fine every driver exceeding the speed limit ,by a mere 6 miles per hour , will be awarded a $35 ticket.
