I don't think $15 on EUA is "way way conservative," especially if we stay on OTC. It'll take days for news to filter out, I actually expect more like open $10, high $13 and change, close high $12 range the first day.
After that, $15+ but $20 is a reasonable, conservative upper bound, for the short term.
