There is really no evidence that we are the victim of naked shorting. We are the victim of a company of failed promises and lawsuits... let’s stop blaming everything on naked snorting please.

Another reason I don’t buy it... who the heck is going to waste their time shorting this at these low levels? It’s not like it’s a $20 stock where there is room for it to drop lower. This is already so low....there is no where for it to go. Hence naked shorting would be incredible stupid and not profitable.
