I agree, Ted, and I see QMC HealthID versions in all 35 current tests of Xiagen Biotime, but I see the functional requirement as adding some features to adapt inputs/output numbers and the GUI in a Chinese language for different tests and all connected by one growing DLT run by QMC worldwide. I don't see the agreement requirements as onerous but most likely by milestone, as most blockchain projects are run.
