Whatever the SOC is,it will have to be acceptable to the FDA in order for the trial to be accepted by the FDA (no matter where it is done).It will not be whatever the "local" SOC is.

Using an SOC that could potentially have an interaction with "B" because it is a "local" favorite doesn't hold water.
