I think if Nader had any hope of remaining CEO if/when Cytodyn gets uplisted to NASDAQ then he would be following the rules very closely right now if disclosure was needed.
Even if CD12 was a bust we could still get uplisted in the future when the BLA for HIV gets approved but if Nader played fast and loose with disclosure rules now then his removal will probably be a prerequisite later.
