Bill tried pumping $TPAC price by announcing a purchase order from Timken August 2015 with very carefully worded language that implied a lot more than the truth (Bill is a conman lawyer, thats his shtick). This was the response from Shelly Chadwick at Timken:
We are aware of the recent TPAC release but do not agree with the content of the release. Although we placed a small order (under $9K) with TPAC over a year ago to test their product, the parts were never shipped and the order was subsequently cancelled. This usage of the Timken name was without authorization, the facts have been dramatically embellished and we have been in contact with TPAC and key media outlets to correct the misrepresentation.
