I have been unable to find Dr. Patterson's patent for his new occupancy test. But the main difference that I know of is that in 2010 the were fluorescently staining the cells themselves to determine occupancy and Dr. Patterson was staining leronlimab itself. I would think Dr. Patterson's method might be a bit more accurate.
