From what I understand what's going on now in OTC Land, as long as the company responds and as long as the contact info on OCT Markets yields a response, the ticker is safe from a suspension. 15 more suspended today. Such a shame the SEC is targeting these dark companies. Leave them be.
The filings at the state level are very easy for the company to reinstate. Which is a good sign.
