I don't know about you all, but one clue I will be looking for is SEC filings. We will owe Mr. Fife $7.5 million this month, its the end of February and we have been paying it in shares. If no filing then its possible we used some of our banked cash which I believe the company was probably holding on to for NASDAQ purposes to foot the bill. A reason they would do that over issuing more shares is because they expect to replenish that banked cash with other cash very soon

Just to follow up on an old post I had. We just hit the last trading day of February.. I see no S-3 SEC filing like there was in mid December and mid January to register shares of common stock for Mr. Fife, plus the obligatory follow up letters posted to expedite the registration of these shares.
So either Mr. Fife didn't get paid in February(not likely) or its possible CYDY did use cash to pay the bill...possibly knowing more is on the way. Absolute speculation... but I'm trying to look for clues same as anyone else that says EUA is on its way. (in addition to the ICD 10 code, the FDA's request to see the data instead of waiting for a topline report from the company and the fact that it makes too much stinking sense to approve the only therapeutic doctors don't need to hook up a dang IV for and can be self administered) there I go getting all common sensey...must be late on a Friday. I'll be back to biting my nails and pulling my hair out come monday.
