Yes, those "two Army deals" were army SBIR phase one for $50,000 and joint Army/Air Force SBIR phase two for a couple million dollars. Then there was no phase three follow on contract from the most recent Defense Appropriations Act. CROMTEC-CSI were paid. Where's SFOR'S 15% for the EPL units sold? I'm waiting for the 10--K to find out. If there is no payment for EPL sold to DoD IMHO Mark should sue ACS/CSI for non-payment. As far as the millions they owe SFOR for IP is concerned they got an extension to pay it. I don't recall the new due date. Does anyone reading this remember it?
