Again they are slowly bring the PPS down in the afternoon. This is classical behaver we have seen in OTC when there is no news and PPS has gone up on speculation. We have shed almost 50% from high. That is why you see the cockroaches coming here spread the FUD during the slow down. Actually they are buying the shares at low and sell at high. DOC can really surprise them. Lets see.
