You're right. I did not mean to infer that it was slow. We really have no way of knowing. In looking at the website that was posted here recently Re: Russian sites, there were quite a few trials listed as ongoing. Just frustrated, I guess. This all seems to take soooo long. I do recognize the need for proper procedure but damn, so many people dead.
