Shirley, the new lawyer, the existing lawyers, Bao lawyers it they owned the ore shipped, or possibly even the SEC if they now feel threatened by Bob's defense team. I'm afraid us little guys are just SOL for a while again. I wouldn't even give a rip as long as I get to see Bingo laying on a new iron outcrop, or the Rex ripping apart crap at the mine every so often, so I know things are still somewhat normal after this latest punch in the nose.. But maybe even that is no longer allowed.. No pain no gain I guess! LOL!
