There is definitely some sleazy shenanigans going on today. Watching the OTC REAL-TIME LEVEL 2 QUOTE, I’m seeing quite a number of trades happening, as well as current Bid/Asks below the top of the Bid/Ask queue. The top queue Ask (lowest) has been fixed at .42 by JANE, for the longest time, yet lower Asks keep showing up and being traded.
