Good info ILM, that is an impressive chunk of shares. I would do exactly the same as you, cover the initial investment by selling enough shares to be at net zero cost.

It would be interesting to have UNVC do a NOBO to see how many shareholders of record and the quantity of shares each holds. However, if Dr. Dalton does what he has stated by placing UNVC on the NASDAQ, it won't matter at all.
