Guys -
For those in the know, would you consider the results of the CD10 previously as a material event? Opinions?
Reason I ask (did ask at Ihub but would take the response with a grain of salt, TBH) is that I was trying to match the Aug 11 PR with a material event 8-K on Edgar. I didn't see one that matched on the SEC site and trying to figure out why.
