As I recall, now that the NAZ has NGIO's valuation, the IPO processing is in Dawson James' hands.
Other than getting that done and the funding that come with it, I am not sure what else would slow the NAZ listing.
Hoping that mid-March time frame holds up. You would think there would be interested investors considering the complete vaccine and the China/Malaysia partner news.
