WW2 actually started in 1938..the USA didn't get involved until Pearl Harbor...it ended in 1945...seven years (7) shows up again. To your point, FDA bears responsibility for the prolonged and engaged process we find ourselves. Then the question would be...an alternative ....or a revamped way of doing business in an everchanging and complex world that requires engagement to be Faster and more Fruitful and without POLITICS being the epicenter.
