I thought about it. I am leaning towards the 'negotiations' with the EFFDA being about having a plan in place for the orderly distribution of LL due to limited supply vs. outsized demand. This means that I am expecting EUA and possibly approval announced with the conclusion of the 'negotiations'. I don't see why an approval isn't possible because it's really just an off label use for LL from its original use as an HIV drug; something that should have already been APPROVED had it not been for the issues with the BLA.
