That's alright.....as long as we are getting the data needed to validate the PCTL fluids and process works a bit of a delay I'm ok with it.

My understanding is that they know it works, they just need more data points.

I figure it's similar to when a new hospital validates PCTL fluids. They know from previous testing that the product works in other hospital settings, they just have to verify it for their particular hospital.
