Sharp Clinical Services are their UK marketing partner, as per CD12 trial registration info with MHRA as member authority. Sharp Clinical is much more than marketing. Their plant in UK is MHRA inspected and approved, and they recently expanded capacity at their US plants (and acquisition of Berkshire sterile manufacturing).
Interesting that Sharp was mentioned in Cydy’s SEC filings, before Covid. See Dec 17, 2019 filing, article 1.97. ‘Sharp agreement’. in same section outlining 10yr royalty agreement with Vyera from the first sale.
Can anyone access what was written? If Cytodyn can license to Sharp to manufacture in Europe, their production could really ramp up.
