Yes, 60 day follow-up for critical patients makes some sense, but why did the FDA leave the number at 28 days for severe?
Don't most severe patients become critical before dying? Optimally, shouldn't they be followed more than 60 days, not less? Or are we "settling" for only observing "wave 1" death outcomes for these enrollees?
