Ganesha, IMO when NP said we have 87 deaths reported so far, that number is reported as part of SAE's. He has no insight to the trial data as everyone is blinded. Sure it will go up as the last patients to enroll reach 28 days. But with the 87 death count it is completely unknown when they died, which arm, etc. Therefore there is no way to know which of those are within or outside of 28 days. Now we do know the DSMC recommended a 42 day look, so to me there has to have been a significant number of those deaths occurring outside of 28 days for them to want to take a look at 75%. I think everyone here has underestimated the number of deaths beyond 28d in consideration of all the new info from RLFTF PR.
