yep, I'm assuming the "worst"... The biggest question in my mind is the 28 day cutoff, where the deaths fall, followed by the likelihood of people who are on deaths door / that don't get dosed in time or need a second shot. I have a feeling mortality bumped up quite a bit in dec-jan, as facilities and physicians got maxed out.
I think even if we somehow just miss the PE, the FDA will at minimum grant EUA based on nearly *any* benefit to mortality (which nothing has shown in s/c).
I also think that part of the reason discussions with the FDA are taking weeks is they want to have LLMab distributed and ready to administer as soon as they make the public aware of its existence.
